SadeeqData provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles, airtime top-up, and other related digital services for Nigerian telecommunications networks including MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9Mobile.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may only maintain one account.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Wallet & Payments
- Wallet balances are non-refundable except in cases of service failure.
- Payments made through our platform are processed by third-party payment providers.
- Manual bank transfers require admin approval before wallet credit.
- We reserve the right to reverse erroneous credits.
5. Transactions
- All transactions are processed through authorized VTU APIs.
- Transaction processing time depends on network provider availability.
- Failed transactions will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
- Please verify phone numbers before submitting transactions.
- We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect phone numbers.
6. Pricing
Prices for data plans and airtime may change without prior notice based on network provider rates. Current prices are always displayed on the platform before purchase confirmation.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our system.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
- Using automated tools without authorization.
- Any activity that violates Nigerian law.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud.
9. Limitation of Liability
SadeeqData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount in your wallet at the time of the dispute.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
